Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Odd

So they have all of those calls yesterday telling people “move or be fired”…..then today Client Central is down hard? Coincidence?

Fiserv's de-conversion pipeline is already overflowing.

@rov+1oBjtd59 As a former Fiserv employee that now works at a competitor because I refused to move 2,000 miles to Berkeley Heights, if you're thinking about leaving Fiserv you'll want to get in line soon. Our schedule is filling up fast, converting clients leaving Fiserv cores.

As a client, in the age of automation, we are shaking our heads at how Fiserv seems content to offer declining service, responsiveness and extend SLAs and turn times. We need to move faster and Fiserv is stuck in reverse with fewer and fewer resources (i.e. people) to do the basic work. It's beginning to impact our core business too. Yes, it's a huge and difficult thing to change vendors, but have to believe more and more clients like us are now considering it may be worth it. Empty promises aren't getting backed up. Fiserv has a lot of focus on managing incoming client contacts--Client360 etc, but that's nice, but not getting actual "work" done in the implementation and coding space. I feel for the folks we work with as I know they can't fix any of this. I echo the voices here that we don't understand these moves from the client side either.

I think it’s more odd that the “move or leave” meeting had 0 information other than to work with your manager that also has 0 information

Report to congressional representatives that FB's decisions are impacting the way money moves in the US economy. His actions are definitely impacting this now and will get worse. I have taken those steps. Join me!
