Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Happy to be back!

I for one am glad to be back in the office. The ability to connect in person is paramount when growing an institution that has a massive economic impact on not only the United States, but the world. Let's take a minute to appreciate the opportunity we have before us, to build the best banking and payments institution in the world!

Let the positivity flow and great things will follow!

How can you collaborate when all the conference rooms have been turned into offices. Go figure.

Oh Frank, please. Fiserv’s main goal is to squeeze another % point per transaction. They’re now going to charge for rapid deposit as some sort of elite program versus a per-deposit fee. Give me a f-ing break.

Someone got paid to write this. And that hurts. Fiserv has a lot of expensive do nothings. Aka the executives.

What was stopping you from being in the office? Nothing. You always had that option. In fact for a long time we all had the option to work from home full time (pre pandemic) and most of us still CHOSE to come in to an office 3 days a week. I know I did. So go to an office 5 days a week if that makes you happy. Why do the rest of us have to suffer?

I would ordinarily agree with Happy to be Back. Not this time. Not when there are no options but RTO across the masses, no matter the circumstances. This is all about control, not what is best for each associate or situation.
We have already proven our worth yet keep taking until we have nothing left, barely our dignity.
Shame on you!

Hmmm…if you are just back in the office now, it seems to me as if there is something fishy going on here. Also, why would you be coming to the layoff.com to brag about how “happy happy” you are. 🤢

It will be so much easier to organize a union now that everyone is in the same place and facing the same workplace problems. Let's go Frank!

You have been in the office this whole time. If you are going to lie, at least say that you are glad that others are in the office. You are really bad at this whole propaganda thing.
