Coworkers have new responsibilities to manage offshore work. QA work that could be done by 3 people onshore EASILLY is now 7 people total. 3 Indian onshore managing 4 offshore doing poor quality work. CVS execs are too gullible and d-mb to do anything about this scam

@rm+1jkn716b4 they are doing the needful. What is so hard to understand?
Maybe we need Elon Musk to look into fraud, waste here at CVS
there is an offshore software development fraud kingdom with almost 150 direct reports in medicaid and nobody has any idea what any of them do. executives must be be getting $$ because there is no way things like this can be missed otherwise
Its been this way for years. Ive written my thoughts on it in the surveys for the past 10 yrs
Right now it is all about how things look on paper. How it looks for the BoD. The bottom line for financial appearances and "offsh@ring" is cheap labor and we all know it. So, it looks good for now until the cows come home (no pun intended). Offshoring is cyclical. Most of the time it all depends on who is the CTO or CIO. Who is it for CVS? What background? What history (look up Disney vs Til@k).
I see the reason why CVS is not doing good. Offshore or Onshore , the project is more important. If you have issues with any individuals , be a leader and talk to them. This Rant about ofshore in this group will not help.
Train them incorrectly and mismanage them. Sabotage the project.
