Career growth here is basically a myth and everyone knows it. I don’t feel bad about keeping my head down because the company created this situation. It’s really just a stop before moving on to something that actually matters. If you're young, you'll be smart to do the same.

These kinds of posts make me sick. Y’all act so entitled like everyone must bend over backwards to praise you lavishly for fa----g and throw money at your feet for merely walking into your desk. Work is what you make of it, and y’all Debbie Downers and Negative Nellies need to get smart quick before your own attitude brings you down.
No surprise you’re not seeing career growth if this is your attitude. bp reads like it’s full of entitled ‘coulda beens’. I thought there wasn’t much more to cut but judging by this post, it’s back to the OR.
I am with you, when I joined I had different hopes but it now seems like a dead end. Will grab the opportunity once I find something better.
