Streamlining "Educate Me" Meetings at QC

Currently, QC's "educate me" meetings (tech reviews, executive reviews, business reviews, etc.) are attended by hundreds of individuals, seemingly for visibility. This appears to result in a significant expenditure of man-hours and resources.

A more efficient approach might involve our VPs and SVPs conducting offline reviews (do some home work) of reports and metrics, enabling them to take necessary actions without requiring large-scale meetings. This could free up valuable time for many employees.

Same as it ever was... nothing will change. This is SOP for the qcom way of management. Just gonna have to live with it.

Employees who call many meetings are those who can't contribute on their own. They rely on other's to do their work.
