Total fuel cost = $26.5M (5 jets running 8 hrs for all working days in a fiscal yr)
Corporate aviation staff (5/jet @ $150K each) = $3.75M
TOTAL COST = 325 + 26.5 + 3.75 ~ $355M
cost per engr (US) = $300K
opportunity to save = $355M/300K = 1185 engineers

OP forgot to add service and maintenance cost, airport cost etc. Qualcomm own G650 which is much more expensive. Add another $200M. Total cost will come around $500M for the fleet of private jet.
