It might be intentional and deliver package just before 60 days. This way employees (ex) don't have time to review and sign documents in hurry to get the payment. Just imagine, the rules are not complex. One can write program in couple of hours and now even ChatGPT can write it and generate documents in hours and couple of more days for HR to validate and done with it. If they are taking so long, then something is wrong. Or I should say lot of things are wrong.
Any options to have them send the package details sooner ? I get a standard reply mentioning it will be sent out as quickly as administratively possible. Thought these are pretty much standard paperwork , not sure why it is taking 6 weeks and counting...
Waiting for package details since last 6 weeks. What can you expect from S$!ti? Management wants employees to be efficient and deliver more but ... even after number crunching for months can't deliver package to impacted employees for 6 weeks! Going to get worse ...
Did anyone laid off in last week of july get official separation agreements yet ?
Like how can they lay off some people with same day notice and others hang around for weeks knowing they are getting laid off? I know people will say depends on the role and for security purposes. Still sh!tty.

Got laid off today! Same day notice and access to be revoked by the end of the day.
I was told an HR rep would reach out with the separation details.
