3 days a week you say with 4 days RTO by the end of the year, um….not so much.
I’ll be gone by then and am taking all of my secrets with me.
I’ve got enough cash reserve saved up to mitigate anything Citi can throw at me including layoff, PIP, firing etc…. so that thinking, you can cram that up your @ss.
Why do I stay? Why not. If they want to pay me, I’ll be glad to take their money.
Any other sites that might be required to RTO?
@w9 Pidgeonholed.
@rg your reality maybe. Plenty of hybrid roles for people who’s skill set isn’t pigeon toed to banking.
@OP It will be 4 days in end of year. All the big banks are back in office full time. Don't cry over your 6 figure salaries about it. Be an adult - it was great while it lasted - back to reality everyone.
In true Citi stupid fashion…..wait until flu season is at its apex. Good call.
Then again, the goal does seem to “scr@w” with everyone enough that they leave on their own.
Usaa is four days rto.
Be thankful!
Lol
So no in seat promotion, do more work, no valuable career training, constant worry of getting laid off, nearly impossible to transfer to another lob or increase c level, and now 3 days in office and mtl cr-p salary increase to pay for the expense of more commuting.
Others have been doing this since the RTO. It was about time.
Here’s the question……
Why work at Citi and go into the office 3 days per week….when you can work somewhere else also going into the office 3 days per week but for more money.
I mean if you’ve got to go into the office, why not get paid more money to do it? They aren’t giving raises or bonus’s so when the market gets better finding a job for more moolah should be easier. Yes, the job market will get better eventually and that’s when you make your move.
@a6 Email was sent out by the Dallas site team today. You can see it on the Dallas Hub sharepoint as well.
Return to office just means I give them 8 hours on those days, that’s all. Not 10, not 12, just 8 only. If that’s what Citi wants, then that’s what Citi gets. Just 8 hours regardless of crunch time or lowering of staff numbers and all that. Just 8.
Problem solved as far as I’m concerned.
I haven’t heard that!
Doesn’t matter to me. I’ll just do that much less work. I’m good either way.
Many other sites have been 3 days since covid era - be thankful for the time you had.
I'm just hoping they dont push it to 4
