Is Hoa the new Martin S, blowing smoke up the arses of Brand and Exec board and not delivering as it’s not feasible. Or worse still sacrificing quality as HER sourcing organisation has done repeatedly on large scale, with Product Operations constantly there to pick the ball and solve problems.

The environment has become increasingly toxic, marked by blatant favoritism and a culture that discourages dissent. Leaders with strong, independent voices and individuals willing to speak up are either being let go or gradually pushed out. Those who have consistently underperformed or failed in their responsibilities are being rewarded, so long as they align themselves with the right people. Compliance violations, both internal and external, are swept under the rug if you have the right connections. It's a deeply demotivating atmosphere, to say the least.

Names do not matter, this person or that person, this department or that department. Nobody cares about the company or performance, everyone in for themselves. Leaders preach how prideful they feel about being a part of Adidas and next day go & join the competitor and keep preaching the same fairytales there. Relax & enjoy your life. Life is not long enough to care about selfish leadership and what lies they say.

Neither of them are the way, unfortunately. Hope someone else comes in as COO. Brandon is not qualified and since Hoa the org has turned from strong partner to black & white execution mindset with people who don’t know product. Needs fixing, ASAP.
