A youtube video isn't a stat. You need to back up your claims with facts and sources in regular adult conversations if you want people to take your seriously.

Once you do this, we can go over why Scandinavian countries are better suited for green energy and electric cars and why North America is not. I don't expect you to do this though. I expect a lazy down vote*.

What are the stats?
Name the Scandinavian countries and the percentage of EVs on the road.
What is the rate of adoption?
What is the percentage of green energy vs fossil?
If you make claims without any kind of receipt, you are blowing in the wind.
Let's see what you have. And if you say "google it" you already lost the plot.

You should check out what's happening in China and the Scandinavian countries.

People don't hate EVs. They hate the high vehicle cost and the weak charger infrastructure in the US.

Autonomous will lead to your vehicle being controlled by an AI-driven master traffic controller. Ironic.
When this happens, it will be illegal to enter the roads with a conventional vehicle. "For safety."

This EV ploy was nothing more to move an agenda towards adaptation. Everyone in the world knew this wasn't going to work, at least this time around. But, they're moving the needle for next time. All of the manufacturers are walking in lockstep, pushing that direction.

So now they retreat, lick their wounds among each organization, regrouping, and back to ICE vehicles with limited EV's on the market. Next time around, I'm fairly sure they're going to move the needle in a significant way. I'm not a fan, I will gas guzzle to the very end, but it's obvious where this is all heading.

EV leads to AV, which normalizes eventual autonomous. I'm 100 times less of a fan with that sh*t. Computer decides you die today, well, oh well. Someone intentionally or accidently hacks your stuff, oh well.

Cybersecurity. Going to need it.

Ford and VW was linked up with Argo AI but then Ford pulled out and formed an in house unit called Latitude AI. As far as I know, that group is still together .

A lot of this was just flash and glitz to get investor money.
i think Ford did the roughly the same thing with Aurora.

Why only half?

Given what they came up with, they didn't learn anything.

Those billions are the true loss.

$10 Billion to educate a couple thousand employees and then dump half the team onto the open market. Brilliant.
