grade? OKRs? age?

Skill assessment that already happened 3 weeks ago. You're cooked if your manager doesn't like you. They could mark you as 1 out of 5 for every category and there's no way to contest it because you won't know it happened. You'll only get the tap in a couple weeks that you're ISP'd. It's going to be a surprise to a lot of people who never had any bad feedback / focal / insight / OKR / sliders / whatever.
And I would bet that HR is going to block ISP for DEI unless there's a corresponding bad focal.
Skills assessment with DEI override potential.
Yes we do. I had mine reviewed and approved almost 2 weeks ago.
@1ji First line managers already know who is on the list? I don't think so.
If you're on a visa, you're safe
It doesn’t matter. The lists have already been made and approved. Our managers know right now who is gone. So enjoy the next two weeks knowing they fully know who is gone and are acting like nothing is different.
To be honest, it's not fair if they haven't already told you if you would be CPMd on the 15th. I believe all lists are already in place for October.
whoever is not badging into the office enough
Body odor must be one of them
Skills base assessment happening now.
Might be a smoke screen, maybe not. Time will tell.
Regardless, I expect DEI to be the overriding "skill" wanted.
Correction,

I didn't know Al Sharpton visited this site.

Useless projects, high cost / don’t need that grade, then the mythical “skills”.
It really depends on how good of an a-s kisser you are.
In the past I have seen some employees receive ISP who have had disciplinary and/or attendance issues. Not sure if it will be handled this way this round. Favoritism is real in this company.
@rag Like a running race? Slowest person loses?
Really not trying to be controversial, but race will have a heavy hand in it
