Rumor about losing RRP below Grade 27?

I heard on this site before starting next year grades under 27 will not get RRP. Where is a policy or information on this or is this just a rumor?

Grade 26 here. The RRP program is eliminated for those of us under grade level 27.

@r5 I think you misunderstood the person’s comment. As a 30, we didn’t get a raise last year. The post is RRP: 27 gets 5% target, 28-10%, 29-15%, 30-20%, 31-25%, and 32-30%. Under 27 gone. Rumor is 27-29 going forward "base + RRP" is equal 25percentile for new roles.

As a 32 you also know employee RRP factor can be 200%+, no raise but it compensates when the company factor is 50-60%. Also know 32s get $100k+ annual stock grants (40% of people as low as 29 get $10k). You've likely had "lateral" SG32 VP moves with re-orgs that give 5-10% raises in the 26 years since you left undergrad.

@ac i would like to know anyone gl 30 or above that has gotten more than a 1% or zero raise over past 3 years. We were all told (I'm a 32 w a 4 and 5 rating) that we had to give up our raises for those 29 and under. So not sure where u are getting this 5% increase cr-p- I have been here 26 years and guarantee even when it was good and I got 5s I didn’t get more than 3%.

Sad part is I learn more from this board than I do from my management team. Maybe they don't want to say anything in fear of people leaving. And they started the new provider centric quality program got a update.

Yes, it will be officially gone for <26. They said they will give a one time raise to make up for it. I highly doubt a high raise will be any more than 5% considering the average raise is around 1-2%

They need to communicate with us better. The metrics are so unrealistic that it seems impossible to hit the QVC targets anymore. I've been tracking how often I miss those targets, and the lost income is really adding up each month. While I know it was a bonus, I had factored it into my salary. The job market is so tough right now, and I hate this stress.

My manager told me directly in February that my RRP was going away. I was pretty salty about it as I was just hired in January. Compensation is already on the low side but one of the package benefits was the 3% annual bonuse at my pay grade (I think I am 24 or 25?) which I figured helped a bit in terms of overall salary.

The company has horrible transparency unlike any other I have ever worked for. Zero communication on this change, or any other since I've been there. I already have a solid exit plan so jokes on them. My manager said she received a memo on it, but there was no company wide communication from what I saw

Yeah they are supposedly going to give that money as a bigger raise. Lmao yeah right. Will believe it when I see it. Likely 26 and below will get no bonus and lil change in raise. Just like bravos. Gone in the wind.

Officially, yes that's the trend for lower tiers. 27 is a 5% target? And it goes up 5% for every GL up to 32, with RSUs sprinkled on from 29 up (yes, you ARE eligible at 29).

The reality is the actual payout for those around in 2026 will be decimated. Company factor will be at most 50%. Imagine we have a loss - or just enough profit to cover the divvy - RPP is gone and the lever is RSUs for 31/32+

Also kiss off any raise!

Yes, it's absolutely true. That's the reason so many are trying to get on the QVC bonus program.
