Yes. Unlimited R&R needs to be logged in Workday. Started last year I believe.

Do you have to track R&R in Workday now? When I was there and was on the unlimited plan, you couldn't put it in Workday even if you wanted to.

We were told you can only use R&R sick days if you are really sick and that they can’t be preplanned and are not interchangeable with vacation days even though they are in the same bucket. Before unlimited R&R I had 4 weeks vacation and 2 weeks well being.

We were told that for those with the misnamed unlimited vacation, if one goes has 30 or more days you get flagged. I used to have 33 days before unlimited, now I get less?! Ridiculous. Plus there is nothing in writing about this from Fiserv.

All while your SVP of Benefits who sits in Brookfield of all places probably pulls in over a million a year in salary and bonus. Must be nice to make all of that money while taking away benefits year after year.

We meet you where you are, (as long as where you are is in four specific buildings).
