Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

The name may have changed, but the game is the same.

You may find yourself under NTT with a new manager. But your old Gainwell managers are over them. Pulling the same antics, pushing down the toxicity and making the sasme bad decisions.

The only exception is that now you are a NTT employee and Gainwell will do everything possible to make you the escape goat for whatever goes wrong. Even if it's a result of their bad choices. Where before the rebadging, you would have heard nothing.

Don't despair as you prop up your cohorts from India. As you basically task away for an India based company now, that has access to PHI and other personal information of American citizens. And knowing that a good percentage of the internet scams and hacking come of India should not concern you at all. It's only business at the expense of the American citizens on so many levels.

This is almost becoming comical. It’s like upper management is doing everything in their limited power to sabotage Gainwell. From laying off and rebadging the most knowledgeable team members and replacing them with rookie new hires. Team members who can’t and wouldn’t recognize if fraud happened right before their eyes. It seems to indicate their disdain for the states. Thinking or possibly believing the states will just role with utter incompetence. I am expecting this will lead to many more instances of GWT in the news. GWT seems to forget they’re not the only rodeo in town. These state leaders are now seriously talking to each other about GWT’s continued failings. The states are now showing their contempt of GWT in daily threatening heated calls and pointing of fingers. It’s painful and embarrassing to be privy to these. Continuing to sue states that fail to select GWT as their vendor of choice will not save them from losing more business. It’s sad because where we were once in a place of strength we now sit as a low bar in the healthcare arena. No other entity is going to want to purchase GWT unless they get it at fire sale prices or unless they are fraudulently misled with creative accounting. I suspect Veritas is in over their greedy heads and are aware of this. Sending all the jobs to India would allow for a more fruitful reaping of government tax dollars before any sanctions prohibiting GWT from performing government services for their failure to protect the Medicaid community and state tax dollars. Each day is like signing in to an insane asylum. Another day another fire. Can someone please tell me when it will end?

@kw sounds painful for the good workers who just want to work. I saw enough to last a lifetime. Been through the transition to India in a previous IT job. Very sad. Never thought I would see it at the same level in Medicaid but this is the world we live in. SMH.

I come to work just to see Gainwell lifers and Indians flail around and fail miserably on a daily basis. It's like the world's worst sitcom that I get paid to watch

I don't know how bad things are over at NTT, but I can say with 100% certainty... things over at Infinite are a complete dumpster fire, total cluster F...

if gainwell was expecting to mess things up so badly nobody knows anymore what is going on... mission accomplished.

Gainwell is circling the drain. Save yourself if you can.

I haven't seen sh-t from NTT since the rebadging and look for GW to cancel the relationship. NTT is now telling GW what they will and won't work on. New infrastructure isn't being hardened by the Servers Administrators anymore.

They know the mistake they committed by rebadging. Legal lawsuit on the way
