Do we expect another chop this summer after Voya India is trained?
@r03 same thing here. A regular 1 on 1 with my manager that I originally couldn’t attend in the first place due to travel turned into a VP joining (got the notification on my phone that someone joined the meeting) and telling me my time is up. Cold world

I was played off in May 2024- will the package and severance was generous- the way the layoff was communicated to me was not. I was invited to a conference call- once on my manager said to hold on- HR joined the call- manager said I was being let go and jumped off the call. Never heard from him again. Note: We had worked together for over 12 years. Pretty Lame! Life moves on.

Yes, many in IT got RIF'd. They are moving jobs to India. Typical for Voya.
