Right now, Marty is prioritizing the installation of 4 new garage doors at the beach house. $75k each.
My money is first week of June notifications are given with four weeks notice for end of June exits. Marty should look inward for where cuts should be made first. Then line up functions focused more on optics and politics than driving business, and we all know what they are.
Start with staff functions that have nothing to do with generating revenues or customers. Get rid of all the "checkers" and those who check the "checkers." Get rid of Country Presidents and their leaders who don't make plan...stop rewarding "flat" growth.
