There used to be such an influx of obviously HR posts about "great culture" and whatnot that pushed all the real posts down. I just checked, and most of the first page are just two and three stars. That's new, and I like to see it. People who are considering Optum need to know what they're getting themselves into.

Post ID: @v2+1jwhn6rra- that person needs a paycheck! Like we all do. The job market is horrible right now.
You won’t like Optum so much, once you are laid off one day by them.
Optum is a great company to work for. Maybe you have had bad experiences. I am curious, if you are unhappy why do you stay?
@qy Glassdoor is an unreliable narrator. They will remove bad reviews for pay. Think about it for one second, they have no financial incentive to do anything more than maintain a facade of honesty.
I just looked Optum up on Glassdoor and they show at 3.5, which isn’t great but doesn’t reflect the he-l that we’ve been going through this last year. Are there bots going in and raising the scores just so they can still recruit? I’m safe for now, but I’ve seen multiple friends and acquaintances shown the door in a pretty aggressive and hostile manner. But I guess it’s like yelp - believe what you want on social media!
