I’m not sure how ITDA will be impacted as a whole but I do know the Indirect Supply Chain group (ISC formerly SSG) will be severely impacted. That group has always had issues and there has been high employee turnover.

@qxx+14JDGP91 the problem is that they won't do any of that.

They NEVER layoff the sh–ty managers
They NEVER layoff the lazy a– sleeping on the job
They NEVER layoff the guy who spends his day on the web playing fantasy sports.

It does not happen. What's worse is with the leadership we have at the top now, sh–ty management based on saying what people want to hear and beancounting will be REWARDED.

Ranking has ALWAYS been a popularity contest and the sh–ty managers always dominate the room and keep their do nothing pets.

So, if you are hoping for a cleanse, I'd go outside and stick the hose up your a–, because that's the only cleanse we will get from this.

To be fair, Boeing managers don’t assess this often enough. There are a lot of people making good money, spending most of their time on non value added tasks. There are a lot of managers who perceive certain information as value added when really it doesn’t drive any shift in execution or strategy. Right now really s—s, but for those who remain after the layoff, at least we can hope for cutting out some of the c-ap. Fire is cleansing?
