The recent post, 'I think people are taking the restructuring too personal', has to be an HR plant. Lol. I agree that a lot of posts and replies on here are plants.
LOL. There was a “Is Citi woke” post. After being slammed by some, it was removed. It was so obvious that it was an HR post planted. It was almost a copy\paste from the VOE.
I hope so. Maybe if HR and some senior managers are on here, they can learn something.
They can’t do much damage here as cheerleading posts are pretty easy to spot.

VOE, nah, no one believes its anonymous so no one gives their honest opinion. They know that but still don’t mind leveraging those VOE numbers when they are good.
I do think that they are trolling this site though for a better pulse on the employee feels.
