Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Bonus

Seems insensitive, so apologies in advance. Any chance we get bonuses this year?

@qss+1uW6g8nL is correct. I knew we would get bonus paid out, but didn't realize it was prorated, :'(

Still, I'm not unhappy about severance and the bonus and continued benefits. This is way more humane that the last place my last layoff rodeo. It was a smaller company and I got 4 weeks, plus end of benefits at end of the month I was laid off. There are worse companies to get laid off from. I'm a little salty at losing my rsu's in the eTrade account.

This forum can’t dare be realistically pessimistic at all.

Company was doing worse and laid off more 2023 into 2024 bonus. I got 90% I believe. I agree with around 80%.

The folks getting laid off got theirs paid out btw

I've heard for quite a while now it's going to be funded at about 40%.

Bonus is a math exercise and the numbers are awful...50% at best...last year humana was like 20%, don't think it can't happen here.

Yes we will. And the ones that have been laid off will get one too. Prorated based on their last day of work.
