How anonymous are those Town Hall questions? know a colleague who submitted a question that caused a stir and next day ,manager is scrutinizing everything they do..too coincidental???
It's terrible but distinct impression is that you should not dare raise head over the trench!!

@qruy+1uPQIFaB still employed but they are the last monkey left on a certain tree. think cs want them to jump ship and save on any payout. Hard to know how much more they can take of this toxic culture
How is your friend doing a month out? Still employed?
Zero anonymity !!!
They know …
@6erc+1uPQIFaB
Yeah whiners!!
Obviously comment from one of the elite, Who get good bonuses and work conditions.
I have no faith in this company anymore.
Unfortunately those who remain voluntarily because they can't afford to just walk away . Toxic management and work conditions and blame HR for not listening too employee grievances.
It´s not anonymous, Also, Pulse surveys are not anonymous. At one point, I wanted to remind my team to complete the survey, so I forwarded my email notification to all of them. Shortly after, I received an email saying that the link should not be shared because it contains an individual ID meant only for my use. Soooo....
Whiners
I also doubt if annual surveys are anonymous. One of my colleague submitted honest annual survey and manager all of a sudden started to retaliate against him once survey results came out. I wish they listen to employees.
They’re not anonymous and don’t claim to be. You submit questions from your email address.
It’s not anonymous.
Thanks..it's a pity one can't ask a question without repercussions:-(
LOL - Those questions are not anonymous. If you want to work there you better drink the koolaid or you are going to be out on your ar-e.
Too bad investors don’t know what really happens in this company.
