What happened that has all the CVS sc-mbags whining?
Not that it matters but got it from a good source that CM retired for personal reasons and not pushed out. Out of the DDAT SVPs AR is the one I say defends his people and makes time to talk to people, plus knows his stuff. TA is a bully and his people don’t like talking to him.
Found the watering hole where the CVS id--ts gather. Your stock price su-ks, the vultures are circling, executives being fired and big layoffs probably coming but you mo--ns are constantly complaining about the great people being pushed out. Sounds to me like all of you su-k and are experts at tearing each other down.

Now the CISO of an organization that specialized in censorship, is the CVS CISO. Prepare to be censored!!!!
I read that as Tilak and his boys are hiring their boys and forcing veterans (or not their people) out. It speaks to the hypocrisy of company when Tilak, Tony and their boys are all hired WFH when everyone else has a mandate of hybrid. Fiefdom of TM is showing a middle finger to everyone else at the company. Mark my words, there will be a few more retirements or trying something new so that TM, Tony can fill it will Disney and Baptists people.
Can someone tell us the name of the person that is retiring? Was it announced already via email?
The, more announcements about org adjustments will be coming out in the next few weeks comment sounds like layoffs.

Meeting invite went to the wrong groups. The head of security is retiring. Alan and Tony are taking over that role. That is all it was.
Leadership retirement, will be announced at noon. Could have been announced through email. Nothing directly effecting the majority of attendees

Keeping fingers crossed. Same invite went out multiple times. First invite did not have HR, then they added HR on next invite. Are the purposely sending multiple invites with an intent to cause undue stress to their own. Such disrespect and lack empathy towards their own employees

we've covered WARN on this board before....they do not get issued before because it lets the cat out of the bag. CVS keeps you employed for 60 days after being notified to cover WARN laws. After that severance (if any) kicks in.
From what I can see on other's calendars, this is a large invite list. Would think its one of two things:
- Layoffs/reorgs are coming. Be warned
- Layoffs have happened - certain managers/employees being informed now, you are safe.
Too many people on this call to be let go all together, especially with no WARN notices
