@43r I won’t be surprised if no WARN notice because it happens in small amounts.

Companies cannot support or sustain high inflated salaries in tech. Hence continuous layoff and greed at C level and Wall Street.

Wouldn't there need to be a WARN notice for layoffs?

This is not new. Everyone knows there will be a lot of cuts on the Juniper side leading up to ED1. You should have a pretty good idea if you’re on the chopping block. We’ve had one of the longest pre-merger integration efforts in history.

I'm sure if Elliot are involved, it's going to be a nightmare. Clueless. It's obvious who needs to go - at the top ! Destroyed Juniper , share price stuck at $15 for multi years, no growth it anything that could grow (apart from a few 100 dollars in MIST) . Watched Arista , Palo, Fortinet, eat our lunch

HPE fiscal year starts November 1st for 2026. HPE for years has been reorganized and laying off starting in August through October in anticipation of the next fiscal year. This is nothing new but will probably be more drastic due to the number of employees that now will have to be eliminated to fit into the new organization structure. I've been through this for many years. I'm sure at some point they will catch up with me

House cleaning to align with new org charts? Everyone who survives gets an offer letter from HPE? Everyone is just waiting now, no sense busting butt only to be let go in an org chart, Elliot bloodbath.

Based on the speed of the acquisition, it seems plausible

So next week? That feels really fast but I suppose it’s possible.
