I don’t think the change at the top was for Macy’s to change the course and recover. I don’t see any long-term plan beyond letting the company go down. All we are going to see in coming months is cuts, cuts and more cuts, which means more layoffs. Those at the top will reap the rewards, and the rest of us should start looking for a new job.

The thing that stinks (but fair) all our colleagues that were let go are applying for the same roles we are looking for. Its looking glim out there.
I just hope they continue to give severance if future cuts happen
they will be bought out and then it will be gutted and closed by 2025
