Try after the first of the year. Anticipating growth and have heard of hiring in first quarter. I will say this, they do try to fill from within first and tend to steer clear of over hiring. It took me 6 months to get hired. They also look very closely at how well individuals meet the job description requirements. So may want to tweak your resume as well.

There is corporate Centene and state level plans. I work for a state plan. Due to Medicaid requirements in many states employees must reside in the state of the plan they work. Cenetene has also embraced WFH and does require return to office other than meetings, etc.
