It's so strange. We're on a layoff site and people make legitimate posts about a layoff that just happened in their department and the post gets so many downvotes. Happens on a lot of postings.

Post ID: @qou+1vxmPCUl, and I think we ALL found the a--hole troll people are tired of today......
Post ID: @lkz+1vxmPCUl, I agree. I down-vote anything that has nothing to do with layoffs; anything where people think this site is a platform for their racist, misogynist, homophobic, or political bullsh-t; or anything that sounds like a 12-year-old boy wrote it.
By the way, MOST people that frequent this site do the same.
@lkz+1vxmPCUl - found the Karen!
I downvote anything that has nothing to do with layoffs or does not have a valid point. Posting news articles from conspiracy websites or a post just to bi--h gets a downvote from me
There is a whole public relation team at cvs you dont know? This is one of the site they are managing as well. They need to create a false sense of security by downvoting posts so employees can stay motivated until they actually got laid off
