Today On Bloomberg They Said Intel Will be NO MORE!!

That right...they are calling the total sell off of Intel Corporation. Bloomberg today Oregon Time 11:30am.
They did cite that it was due to decisions BEFORE PAT.

First rule when you are in a hole.
Stop digging.
Stop trying to catch TSMC. You don’t have the revenues to support the capex required to be competitive.
Figure out a plan to become fabless. That has a much higher probability of success.

No mobile products because of Otellini and no GPU products because of Swan. Gelsinger only made the situation worse by promoting and initiating massive expansion plans without competitve products and customers. Starting turning the lights off to say more money.

Ok, let's assume a split in the way Bloomberg says. Which I do think will happen.

What do you do with groups that are directly in the mfg line, but that can be done at either side - mostly test of some sort. Shift them off with foundry or keep in house?
