Unfortunately, Marcus East may have to lay off employees in order to cut costs and allocate resources towards their digital initiatives. Core systems are a target. This decision is not ideal as it will result in hardworking individuals losing their jobs, potentially causing financial and personal hardship for them and their families. However, it may be necessary for the company to make this difficult decision in order to stay competitive and continue to drive growth in the digital space.

The racism isn't necessary. Though there is certainly some BS and promises unkept. Being told the outcomes of efforts to make the company successful is garbage and the people and their feedback or questions don't matter is disrespectful. Transparency is horrible, the glass ceiling is now 6 feet thick, and ALL executives have their heads up their assess. ALL of them (Directors and above!!!). This company is going into the sh*tter all because someone wants to write a book and move on. Just because you worked at Apple, doesn't make you a genius.

Wining and dining falls into the category of corruption! This is evidence that should be submitted to CIRT! Did Marcus East and other tweaks break the law? Report them as the frauds that they are!!!
