It's a tax deduction capped at $12.5K individual/$25K joint. Begins phasing out at $150K individual/$300K joint AGI and applies to tax years 2025-2028.

Apparently you haven't read the details of the bill. It will be a credit at the end of the year. Its laughable at best to believe it will benefit anyone who makes a decent wage.
