No regrets.

@qh I was being facetious. The truth is I make nowhere near what a lot of people on this board make ($100k+). Barely half that if anything.
@aw why not go work a low stress nearly minimum wage job then? Fiserv is not worth your health or time for $15/hour.
I left a few years ago have and chuckled at all the "I left and got a 30% raise ..." posts. Good for them, I guess. I think my raise was about 1%, but I went from an average of 50+ hours/week to 40, with very occasional weekend work. Divide it by hours worked and it was a-ok with me. For the first few months, I seriously didn't know how to process not working almost every evening and weekend. It was utterly foreign to me.
I am jealous. I have been looking for a new job since nearly when I started almost three years ago.
I'm getting out of this stressful nightmare soon , everything is a mindgame here. Upper management has cried wolf too many times . "Forget that last project, this one is WAY more important, you need to work extra and get it done NOW." So dysfunctional and abusive and I'm TIRED .
Wish I could afford a $10K cut. I’m barely making $15/hour.
I left with a bigger pay cut, also no regrets. First step was to get out of Fiserv, figure the rest out later. I’m so much happier even though it was tough job searching to switch fields entirely.
