Congratulations. There is a guy who thinks he’s good because he made friend with a supervisor in Houston. He trying to convince us we’re valuable but stay quiet when asked why we get paid much less. Applying and trying to get into better place where we can stop pretending managers are our friend.

Let's keep the attrition number high... We have to teach the leadership team some lessons! Always talk about numbers - high profit, dividend blah blah blah, but forget that it is the people that contribute to it....One CLT mentioned today that they are not going to change the way how EM compensate employees with variable pay - but provide long term stability and future career development....That's what they always said, but look what happened last year and this year!
