The controllership post below says
the Warn notice of 1/25 says 796 layoffs coming. Where is that published? What state?

@qf+1jk138akm the smart move is to give these contractors enough rope to hang themselves. The project will fail, the stock will continue to tank, the states will continue to bleed us dry, big pharma will continue to outmaneuver us, and this new bath of drooling mo--n leaders will be shitcanned just as Karen was.
Here's what's going on. A large amount of people were moved off the Aetna books in October through corporate restructuring and put on the CVS books. Just because you got through October doesn't mean you're good for the year.
Alot of people thought they were safe, but the offshoring of work, especially IT is the new normal.
Telling coworkers that you don't have enough people is not a smart thing to say right now. It's basically telling ELT to bring in a new group of people to get the work done for less. People need to read the room a bit better.
That WARN notice is probably an entirely different initiative. Layoffs are happening across the company, not just in accounting
Correct CVS, but with all the realignment, some people who were Aetna less than 6 months ago are now CVS. It's no longer just the Pharmacy or Caremark.
If it's coming from Rhode Island then it's CVS side most likely and not Aetna.
It’s was RI dated 11/25/24, so likely old news at this point (not to say there aren’t more coming)
