How's your raise and bonus?

@1db don't worry they'll be cheering for the India team not Team USA.
@38p Congratulations on your huge increase. Do you mind sharing some info on it percentage-wise? Was it a raise, a bonus, or both?
Mine was a huge increase over last year. No complaints here. IM IT. Not a top performer but get my work done and try to be on top of things as much as possible.
@m4 mine was 3,300...6% drop from last year
0% raise and 4.3% bonus. Greedy a-s company.
If your very very lucky, you will get a new job asap. And still be collecting your
severance package from the company.
@1w2 would be ecstatic with 10% as mine was only 2.5% of my base last year
0% raise (again) 10% of base for bonus.
Time to move on I guess
@1fa that makes sense as I’ve never been reviewed since I was hired
@1es your manager has to send it to you.
As of tommorrow i will make more money on unemployment then the company boned us out of since being released 1-23-26. That means more money then i would have received on my bonus. I had my first interview and will know in a week.
How are you seeing what your TCP is? I searched TCP IN Workday and it’s blank.
I worked in a highly critical area where I had to be onsite.
This meant sometimes staying 1 to 2 days at a hotel during major snow storms.
And the company did reward me multiple times with , T-shirts, coffee mugs and other insulting State Street promotional products.
The T-shirts did come in handy for cleaning my car.
I would have been happy with a $50 to $150 check instead.
Place is so depressing.
@1da Investing in the World cup event was a carefully planned PR stunt by
State Street. Trying to keep up their public facade
The two most important this is cutting costs an increasing profits.
@OP cutting TCP to allocate money to sponsor the World Cup. Would be nice to invest in your people instead of outside events.
No raise, same as last year. Bonus about 20% of base. A little bit more than last year. Bonus is trending down in the last 5 years.
My rating was Achieved. I work in GD. I work in Quincy.
I got 2% merit and the same bonus which is about 8% of my salary. That is sadly a good year for me.
I follow my persona and work hard but I do not ki-l myself anymore. I could and would do more if there was any correlation to how I’m compensated but I feel like a fool when I give it my all and there is no reward.
I don’ t just mean money either. There is never a free breakfast, a small pizza party. Never a sweatshirt or bag given out. At least for me, maybe it’s better in other areas.
I actually make an effort not to care because I naturally want to do a good job but I feel like a fool for doing so. This company is so messed up. I don’t know how we are having strong years. I guess our competitors are just as bad, which is scary to consider when you think how much of the world’s money is with the small group of banks that do what we do.
Earned the best bonus of my career there…I left the company!
@qe You may get the promotion and find out your raises and bonuses will not increase as you thought.
They string employees along about promotions. Don't fall for it. They will give you more work, but you won't get that promised promotion for bailing out management.
@px that's easy $0 raise and $0 bonus, global delivery
I got a 0% raise and near $0 bonus.
@m4 you can start by posting yours
@mf mind giving a hint which business unit are you in?
2% raise and bonus was 10% more than I got last year. Kind of disappointing but reading the other posts I’m lucky.
The hard truth is that some people did actually get decent raises and bonuses. I won’t pretend to know how things are split up but for myself I got a 5% raise and a decently higher bonus than last year. I’m satisfied. I was not a 5.
@m5 5. Frequently exceeded 4. Sometimes exceeded 3. Achieved 2. Progress required 1. Underperformed
@km If a 3 is "meet expectations", what is a 2 and a 4?
As of now, nobody in this thread provided monetary or percentage amount of their bonus and salary increase. So no reader of the thread can compare. It's a pity ...
Same bonus, no raise for the second year. My team must deliver double what we did last year. I’ve been looking since last year but it’s tough out there.
My boss told me anyone who met expectations on their review didn’t get a raise (I know that’s BS, but maybe for her group in GTS, but I don’t trust her either). Got a small bonus but 5% less than last year.
The rating system used to be valid 20+ years ago.
And the higher your rating the higher your raise and bonus.
Now it means nothing you could get a 5 and still get the a tiny raise and bonus.
@kj meet expectations is a 3.
Can somebody please explain what are word equivalents of ratings 1, 2, 3, ...? Does 2 mean "Meets expectations"?
With the ratings … what you are seeing is that those with lower ratings were laid off, however the company still needs to maintain a bell curve so now that they got rid of lower than 3s and also what they consider behind the scenes mid to low 3 ratings. This now pushes people that might have been above 3s down further even though their work quality has not gone down.
Reduced overall tcp. Did get small raise but lower bonus. Raise is better for future layoff due to severance paid on salary not bonus (that will inevitably happen). Did you see that 78% of our staff is not in USA? Yet majority of our assets are those of Americans. Crazy.
Worse than last year....
2nd year of $0 raises. Bonus is shrinking annually. Company profits are up, but rewards are down.
Manager says I need to beat a 3 rating (Achieve), but I've been doing the work of the level above me for years with no promotions. The worst part is I have to fix the mistakes created by the VP Indian workers in our team.
In 2025, they actually hired (and sponsored) someone externally at a higher level to do what I'm doing . Plus, a fresh batch of Indian contractors got onboarded. The money is there..it’s just not for us.
You guys are getting raises? :(
