Does anyone knows what's the AIP payout %? It's coming to mid Jan and the 3M GO is not even updated. Talk about efficiency!

He is a bit short on cash and needs some dough to put food on his table. Why don't we collectively contribute our AIP to this noble cause and stop making a fuss about it. Eh!

Such is the HR standards. Having a website but not updating it.
We’ve never seen end of year AIP reported on the website. They can’t release that before they release the year and results.
One of the guys in our group just got promoted in the past several days, so clearly there is no Q1 ban on promotions...
What Happened, cutting AIP out 2025 ?
Companywide has frozen all promotions this Quarter 1. Everyday wins program under review.... Times are tight
@q8+1jhe4gm5d - I got this impression from Bill Brown's last round of comments about incentives and the like. My guess is we see it cut entirely within the next 2 years.
AIP is going to be cut. No payments anymore. It is currently under legal review. Be prepared
They fired the person in charge of updates and no one has the pass word.
If HR don't bother to maintain the website, why put it there on the first place?

They used to complain about strong AIP results affecting quarterly returns. Darned if you do, darned if you don’t 😆
They're not updating because the actual numbers are pretty good, but now that Monish is gone we've decided that transparency for AIP is a bad thing, because then they can't just change the numbers on us.
