Every company lays off employees. But I see so much hatred for Waters regarding Layoff and toxic work culture? Why ?
How are layoffs decided ? Is it case by case based on performance ?
Or entire teams get laid off ?

@q6 If employees are dissatisfied with their current roles, have they considered exploring opportunities outside of the organization? There are many candidates who would value the positions they currently hold.

Reduce perfect attendance or take away the extra days holiday for 5 years of service, so you get nothing. That kind of thing ?
Well, waters lays off American employees and net hires employees from the CEO and CFOs home country. waters also is notorious for laying off good workers to only replace with useless consultants and sycophants.
There’s a difference. Waters is a terrible place
