Analyst program bonuses are a joke😂 are they serious? How do you expect us to want to stay here when you’re giving us a bonus like this? Slap in the face. Don’t expect us to last long

@15t get a better job you loser😂 been here for almost a decade and haven’t gotten a bonus? That’s gotta be sign, ge---r.
@OP The analyst program is garbage. they just hire whipper snappers that are eager to pay back their student loans. No plan for their careers. The one guy sitting in the cubicle near me said that's all he wanted was cash. He doesn't even like the company LOLOLOLOL
If you don't like it, then quit. Stop bi--hin' about it and find an employer that pays more. Simple as that.
LMAOOO analysts get bonuses? that's some bullsh-t. I've been there for almost a decade, grade 10 and haven't gotten one in quite a few years after they changed the structure of the bonuses.
be happy you got something, kid.
@q5 Enjoy this fantasy as an analyst as much as you enjoyed the news of landing this job when you had none.
@q3 and after taxes the value is $250.00
@mc 5000 living proof points. So a value of $500
Respectfully, given the current market, maintaining analysts is the lowest possible priority. If I were HR I’d probably get rid of a merit increase and bonus on analysts just to slightly increase experienced staff pay. No offense, it’s just the better play. Of course HR is brain dead here, so who knows.
@OP Care to share what the bonus amount is to make this thread not a complete and utter waste of internet space?
You got a bonus ? I’ve been here for 3 years and yet to get any bonus
Sir, The door is in the front of the building. Please leave the badge with the security and don’t let the door hit you on the way out. Also, let the thousands of people waiting outside know that a position is open. Good luck working at another company with enormous bonuse, a corner office and multi cuisine restaurants , kind sir. We will do our best to fill the humongous void left by your tremendous contributions as an analyst.
Imagine being a software developer making your systems with no bonus.
@OP you're telling me that a new CEO, all the amenities Fiserv has to offer, less than average salaries, a razor slim raise and no support from management isn't ENOUGH for you?! You should be grateful for your job and thankful. And when more work comes your way just bow your head and say "please sir, may I have some more." Maybe you'll "exceed expectations" next year...
Obvious sarcasm lmaooo. That's just status quo when it comes to being a FiServant. Scram outta that place...its the best thing anyone working there can do for themselves if given the opportunity.
