I don’t know why we are not expanding in Iowa. Land is cheap and there are lots of bright hardworking people there.

It's all subjective. I wouldn't live in SF or NY for any job, or any other reason. Some people can't imagine living anywhere else. It's just my opinion, but I'd take anywhere in TX over anywhere in NY or CA. People that disagree are entirely free to live in those other places. Diversity, yo.
As someone that lives in Dallas I would literally only choose DTX over Des Moines & Charlotte.
New hub hasn't been completed yet. Most LOBs have included Dallas in their location strategy though. Considering most of the other options su-k, there will be a good amount of hiring there in the future. If I had to choose between SF, NYC, Minneapolis, Des Moines, and Charlotte, I'd definitely choose Dallas and it wouldn't be close.

A lot of the Charlotte/Minn roles are the same role. The reqs usually have split locations.
Dallas and Irving Texas rarely have above 30 postings at a given time. Strange for a hub (especially with that 3000 seat monstrosity WF is dropping in the middle of Irving). What’s up with that?
Iowa is well positioned for corn, soybeans and hogs.
All the Iowa workers will have to get jobs at Hy-Vee before the year is done.
