Then why are most of those actually laid off old white guys who have the necessary experience to build things. Just same old corporate tripe, get rid of old and “expensive” and hire new cheap people who have no clue.
100% agree. Just because my team lead takes it up the a55 at home doesn’t make him qualified to lead. That basically makes the whole team take it up the a55 when we are in the office
