Thread regarding Optum layoffs

My Teams Freezes all the time

Anyone else has the same problem? The support ignores the problem tells me that they cannot observe anything.

Maybe if they paid us real money with employment contracts, WFH, gave us real bonuses, and real raises we would be more inclined to not freeze.. we don't want pizza parties, cheap certificates, plastic trophies of corporate 'valor', walking the teammate bridge to show blind company obediance, and snack trains.

It's a psy op. Pretend there's "problems" etc..do nothing/very little--put on a show. Get paid. Be like the corrupt government.

If it happens most often with a specific person or two, it's likely their internet connection. If it happens when you are on a call with anyone, on a regular basis... it is probably your internet connection. Yes... even if it is hundreds of mbps or gig fiber or whatever. Packet loss, jitter, high latency, etc... all could cause this. Or it could be congested WiFi, a bad ethernet adapter, a dirty fiber, if fiber... or any of two dozen other things, some on your side of things, and some on your provider's side. You'll have to do some troubleshooting while you're on teams to figure it out... or talk a geeky friend into it, or pay someone.
OH... if you're on a work VPN when it happens, try a call while NOT on the vpn. Just to eliminate that as a cause.
