PM is not required. Let the idle leads do the job instead.
Many PMs are also real estate agents. How did the Q let this happen?
@pcm+1msHgAr6 Meetings are important, how will you generate even what is reported if you lay off PMs.
40% RIF expected in Program Managers and sales org. PMs are really not doing much except scheduling meetings
