Let's not forget that a couple town halls back the LATAM group was bragging and completly giddy, even giggling with glee, about being able to enforce 100% interest rates for people when they're buying food, paying rent, etc. These people are ghouls of the highest order. Frank is the ghoul in chief and is being handed the reigns to unleash financial destruction like this country hasn't seen since the great depression.
