Looks like at minimum, 2 Leap technical coaches were let go. As a former Leap Alumni, this is sad to see happen to the program that gave me my one way ticket into tech.
Does anyone know what’s going on with the Leap program? Have Leap alumni performances been improving? How much Leap alumni have been retained after an 5/10 year period? Is Fidelity hiring less Leap associates? Is Fidelity restructuring the learning criteria of Leap?
I, along with other Leap alumni, may have many more questions.

Leap program is for College students in mostly tech areas. Fidelity Made program is gone as that was the program that hire non-tech people and tried to train them into tech roles. Y’all have it so wrong. Leap is still around, just much smaller as that’s our main recruiting format for college tech people.
I've met some great LEAP graduates over the years but more often I've met grads that are only interested in their next raise, promotion, or ensuring they get to Vp before their fellow graduates. The arrogance and no desire to do quality work vs truly contributing is disappointing
There are some LEAP leadership roles posted on workday now. Maybe backfills for the roles called out by OP?
Hiring English Lit and Philosophy majors into software jobs worked out well so LEAP managers could meet their DEI quotas.
Leap is great program where people with no tech skills can come in to tech roles and become leads directly, as long as you can network and do politics people in leap are doing real great!
LEAP hired too many DEI under performers - the talent isn't there. Fido's competitors hired the college students with the best talent and skills.
