Having Dave and Michelle as interim CEO is a colossal failure. The Board and HR never learn that we need real successors identified ahead of time. Andy Bryant said they would never again be caught without a strong succession plan. Dave and Michelle is the weakest last minute plan ever. I have had 30 emails this morning…..even the intel blue bloods are saying it is over :( Employees are embarrassed to say they work for Intel…..the HR leader is culpable also and should resign…..that organization leadership is a disaster and cannot build a people plan to right this ship.

What do you all think of Christoph Schell taking over? After all he has managed to keep Intel sales roaring through a difficult period. He seems to have the ability to rally the troops and improve morale.

Wow, so angry. But you're right about WFH flunkies. Why pay somebody to drop off kids, run errands, watch Netflix and do laundry?
