Run while you can youngster - the place is toxic.
"And it'll leave a stain when you'll actually be in the job market ..."
LOL, yeah no. No one is going to give a cr@p about where you interned; they only care that you interned somewhere and showed some interest and initiative in your chosen field. And if you feel uncomfortable and traumatized in an intern-level job, you aren't doing it right! :)
You'll most probably be fine, but you won't be comfortable in this traumatic work environment. And it'll leave a stain when you'll actually be in the job market for such a corporate ladder climbing job.
@opr.. do 2 interns equate to 1 full-time Blue Badge person?
They make more than the techs, and do less usually, lol.
In our org, can’t disclose the name , we trying to layoff interns as part of 20% to layoff less regular workers
You'll be fine. Intel isn't going to burn bridges with universities over an intern's puny salary.
Let's analyze: If you were a hungry lion in the wild and looking for your next meal, would you go after the fat cat that's kicking back or a young skinny cat that can run?
