Rumors I've been hearing are that there is some shuffling already at high levels. Leaders getting moved into expanded roles and the underperforming ones added to the 2900 pink slips. Our CEO has a rep at caremark, either preform as promised or you get to move out.

I am a 6 year veteran of CVS health and have watched this company go down in flames over the past few years so much in fact that I haven't been motivated to do a days worth of work since 2022.. I just keep faking it and getting paid...sauce for the goose, I'd say...
They continue to ask leadership what the problems are, leadership has no clue, all they care about is what's for lunch, when's payday and which employee can I dehumanize today?
Time to dismantle the DEI department like Boeing just did. Will save millions.
I agree cut the good for nothing management out but first let them cut the good for nothing colleagues out then finish the managers so all the garbage is gone.
Posting on a forum takes literal seconds but I’m guessing that’s a lot of work for whoever is projecting onto others. In response to OP, I’ve only seen some. It’s hilarious to see so many managers still around post layoff managing half the people. Cut the good for nothing management out.
This is hilarious, one worthless colleague accusing another of doing nothing yet they are both on this site doing nothing buy complaining anonymously. Both equally worthless.

If that reputation holds up then another 50,000 are going to get laid off because we still have a lot of useless people getting paid to do nothing except complain and post on this website.
