@1vdl+1uP5xzSK I don’t believe this because I’ve worked way out outside of market a ton.. and it was never brought up to me once that my VPN or token were “out of market” or whatever.

Where in workday does it say what my office class is?
Many employees in W-S were just made remote.
What is the 35 miles thing? Im 36 miles away and haven’t heard anything about this.
As far as the ramifications, there was a policy (listed in PPM) that mentioned termination if you didn’t go to the office when you were supposed to. The policy had the effective date of October 1st. If you don’t believe me, check under CREW.
Has anyone actually received from their manager about what the expectations and ramifications are?
I don’t think they can impact your incentive if they don’t specifically outline the expectations.
The VPN tracking and badge swipe snitching software goes MUCH deeper
Believe me
Welcome to the surveillance state
Yes fully remote is possible at another employer
The whole 35 mile thing is temporary too. Want to know what lies ahead for us? Go check out the US Bank website on the layoff. Hubs... Hubs are we can expect. Move to one or get riffed. Worst bank in the country. Worst EL in the country.
@ocr+1uP5xzSK I am outside of the 35 miles. Other banks are practically eliminating fully remote. Truist hasn’t said much about fully remote employees
People have the power but y’all just a bunch of sheep. Go in like the the most powerful women in banking says

Pipeline as far as what? If you live within 35ish miles to the office, you are converted from remote to office centric. Raleigh, Wilson, and Zebulon started the return to office this week. Atlanta is scheduled for next week. They are also tracking badging in and VPN connections and providing those to the manager. Supposedly not coming in with effect both your bonus and manager’s bonus and can lead to possible termination if you don’t come in
