@ocg, are you so confident on your lack of skills that you need other agent to sell your own?
Can they let go a critical RE client meeting that can earn them 50grands when unscheduled important work comes up in office at last minute is what matters. That is why they are paid salary otherwise they can be an hourly paid employee or contractor as well an agent.
Do you have evidence they are not putting enough hours for Qualcomm? What if they are able to handle both real estate and Qualcomm?
Can't agree more, they are only putting less than 50% effort in QC work anyways
