This company is on offshoring mania. Offshore contractors are safe. FTEs are being kicked out the door at an alarming rate.
Do not listen to the leaders, they are devious, lie throughout processes and will gut you out in the end.

@1eso+1uOkY95y ykyk there will be no US employees left with AI and Voice/Language Translation technology. Why pay anyone when you can have labor paid in food or nothing.
before they'd at least be cute and have hundreds of outsourced employees with employee ids, now they're explicitly labeled as (offshore). super sweatshop mode activated, can't wait for the "savings"
You sound like an angry troll who has not left their mom's basement long enough to see sunlight. Back to the cellar with you, your microwaved food and cartoons await.
Obviously. The tech executives got sued at Disney for outsourcing.
It's true. I'm in IT and they brought on more vendors
We’re not even in the competition for outsourcing. Organizations like Elevance (whom we contract with) have got us beat by a mile. But it does seem like we’re listening and learning from them. Not happy times.
We outsource because the onshore FTEs are no good, lazy and entitled. That is because CVS doesn’t pay well enough to attract the best people so we get the d-mb and lazy, the kind that complain about being outsourced. The outsourced people stink to but at least they are cheaper and easy to get rid of.
CVS babies crying because they are worthless. Your company is outsourcing because you’re over entitled babies. Enjoy crying on the unemployment line.
This is basically about increasing bonuses by cutting costs (and gutting quality), the leaders then leave after a short tenure with that bonus and leave behind a mess for new leadership..
And the people who we outsource to are not even good at their job. That is the mind blowing thing. Why would you ever outsource critically important functions offshore? It puts the company at risk, compromises quality, and often costs more in the long term. Some roles are too crucial to be handled by external, distant teams who don’t have the same level of investment or understanding of the business.
