I'm glad we're entering 2024 knowing where we stand. I was so tired of all the uncertainty that lasted too long by all standards. It caused me and many others too much unnecessary stress. Things might not be ideal, but they are better than they were a couple of months ago.

Not knowing if the deal would not go through due to geopolitics was stressful.
How is it that you are sure where you stand? You do realize layoff/reorg/spins is FAR from over. Or is the idea that you now better understand the thin ice of each day?
Try to apply your gaslighting VCP somewhere else
Boo hoo
I think some people are clueless and have zero consideration for others. I estimate that 15-18,000 employees have lost or will be terminated soon. Many have no idea of their fate, many have not received their severance package as they are forced to work their notice period. Several are in transition until varying dates in the Spring. There is clarity for some but not for many. This acquisition has been the worst I have ever experienced.
Related question. What percentage of total employees were already informed? I am assuming countries with large number of VMware employees were already informed. Any ideas?
You obviously lack the awareness to understand people’s emotions from their point of view.
You will be a perfect fit at Broadcom!

It is better to have the warm blanket of our Supreme Leader wrap around us and provide certainty. Once we were lost, but now we are found.
