@nwv you will most likly get laid off before they bust the union, good luck finding a job,je-k off
Here’s to hoping they finally bust the union by forcing those l-wlifes back to the office. First we get rid of union office trash, secondly we get rid of union tech trash.
Bust the union!!
CWA 4671 Wi will be extended.
Reps need to work from the office. Customer service along with assignment and dispatch have been horrible since WFH started. Can you please hold on my dog is barking I need to let it outside? Can you please hold my child is hungry I need to fix lunch? Not sure what everyone did with pets and children when they reported to work for a real job. Need to give pay cuts for the WFH employees as they don’t need a car, work attire nor gas money. If they don’t wanna RTO replace them with contractors.
All that’s needed is a small raise and cut the medical benefits more and the dum--ss union brothers and sisters will vote YES! Members live so far above their means that they have to vote yes for anything.
Extended once again till June 28. Hopefully 3rd times a CHARM!!!!!
Talk to the old retired guys
Contracts were renewed, lay offs happened directly (month and a half) after renewals at multiple yards that were reassured they were going to be layed off.

The union doesn’t give a sh-t about any of you. All they care about is how they will keep collecting their dues.

The cwa1298 contract in Connecticut expired last October 2024 and we now are on our 2nd extension ending 5/31/25. Supposedly both sides took off the month of April from negotiations
